描述
293 SFM II 是无血清低蛋白 (<10 µg/ml) 制剂，适合用于 293 细胞的高密度悬浮培养 (1)。 （不适合贴壁的 293 细胞培养。） 该产品替代 293 SFM（目录号 10970-010)。 293 SFM II 不含动物来源成分。配方中没有 L-谷氨酰胺，因此稳定性更高；在使用前，每 1000 ml 培养基添加 20 ml 200 mM L-谷氨酰胺或者 20 ml GlutaMAX™-I 添加剂 (GlutaMAX™-I Supplement)。
