The IHC/ICC Blocking Buffer- Low Protein is designed for use in immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry protocols which require blocking ofnon-specific binding sites.
This blocking buffer is recommended for tissues and antibodies withaverage levels of background staining. This blocking buffer can be used both in theblocking step and as a diluent for unconjugated antibodies, organic dye-conjugated, andeFluor® Nanocrystalconjugated-antibodies during the antibody incubation step. This bufferis supplied as a 1X stock solution containing sodium azide.
